Can I ship to multiple addresses?

At this time, we do not offer the option to ship a single order to multiple addresses. Each order can only be shipped to a single address. How Much is the Return Shipping Fee?

How long will it take to receive my refund?

How do I find my ring size?

Finding your ring size can be done easily. Here's how:

Step 1: Gather Your Materials

Before you start, ensure you have the following items ready: a strip of paper or a piece of string, a ruler, a pen, and access to Xenos Jewelry's Ring Size Chart.

Step 2: Prepare Your Finger

Choose the finger on which you intend to wear the ring. It's crucial to measure that finger, as each finger may have a slightly different size. Make sure your finger is at a normal room temperature, as cold or hot conditions can cause size variations.

Step 3: Cut Your Strip of Paper or String

Cut a strip of paper or string about 1/4 inch (0.7 centimeters) wide and 4-6 inches (10-15 centimeters) long. It should be long enough to wrap comfortably around your chosen finger.

Step 4: Wrap the Paper or String

Wrap the strip of paper or string around the base of your finger. It should be snug but not too tight. You want it to be comfortable, as your ring should feel the same.

Step 5: Mark the Overlap

Once the paper or string is comfortably wrapped around your finger, take the pen and make a mark where it overlaps. This will be the starting point for measuring.

Step 6: Measure the Length

Carefully remove the strip from your finger and lay it flat on a table or another flat surface. Use the ruler to measure the distance from the starting point (where you made the mark) to the end of the strip. Measure in millimeters for accuracy.

Step 7: Find Your Ring Size

Now that you have the measurement in millimeters, refer to Xenos Jewelry's Ring Size Chart. Locate your measurement on the chart to determine your corresponding ring size. If your measurement falls between two sizes, it's generally a good idea to choose the larger size for a more comfortable fit.
